At Trinetra Cafe, we strive to provide fresh and high-quality food to all our customers. Your satisfaction is important to us, and this Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds or replacements are applicable.
All food orders once placed are considered final.
Refunds or replacements are only applicable in specific situations as mentioned below.

Food once served or picked up cannot be returned.
If you are dissatisfied with the quality of food or service, please inform our staff immediately at the café.
Refunds or replacements (if approved) will be provided at the manager’s discretion.
Refunds or replacements may be applicable in the following cases:
Wrong item delivered (different from the order placed).
Food delivered in damaged condition or completely unfit for consumption.
Order not delivered due to issues at our end.
Process:
Please raise a complaint within 2 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video of the issue).
Complaints can be sent to info@trinetracafe.in or by calling +91 9826337927 with your order ID.
Refunds:
Once your complaint is verified and approved, we will initiate the refund.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Change of mind after placing the order.
Delay in delivery caused by external factors (traffic, weather, third-party delivery partner issues).
Partial consumption of food before raising a complaint.
Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.
Orders can only be canceled if food preparation has not started.
Once preparation begins, cancellation and refund are not possible.
If you have purchased any prepaid meal plans or subscriptions, cancellations can be requested anytime before the plan starts.
Once the plan duration has begun, refunds will not be issued.
